Where to Send Feedback

Use the Contact Form

Paste your idea into the public contact form if you want the standard BeatPass support path.

Email BeatPass

Send your suggestion directly to contact@beatpass.ca.

Make the First Line Clear

Because the public contact form does not have a dedicated subject or category field, start the message with a short label such as:
  • Feature request: better playlist sorting
  • Feedback: beat request form is hard to scan on mobile
  • Suggestion: clearer billing renewal reminder

What Makes Feedback Useful

BeatPass can act on feedback faster when it includes four things:
IncludeWhy it helps
The workflow you were trying to completeShows the real use case
What slowed you down or felt missingDefines the actual problem
Your idea for improving itGives BeatPass a starting point

High-Value Feedback Areas

Discovery and Search

Search filters, channels, homepage modules, producer pages, and playback discovery.

Downloads and Licensing

Certificate access, verification, checkout clarity, and release-safe guidance.

Producer Tools

Upload workflow, metadata forms, licensing setup, dashboard clarity, and finance visibility.

Community Features

Messaging, follows, reposts, comments, playlists, and beat request collaboration.

Example of Strong Feedback

Instead of:
Search should be better.
Try:
Feature request: search by BPM range. I often know the tempo range I need before I know the producer. Right now I have to open many track pages to check BPM one by one. A BPM filter on the main search results page would save time when matching a vocal or reference track.

Separate Ideas from Issues

Use Reporting Issues instead when:
  • Something is broken right now
  • You were charged incorrectly
  • You cannot access your account
  • A page is failing to load or save
  • You need help with a copyright or abuse concern
That keeps urgent support work separate from product suggestions.

What to Expect

BeatPass may reply if the team needs clarification, but not every idea receives an individual response. The most useful outcome is that your feedback is specific enough to be evaluated without a long follow-up thread.

Feedback Guidelines

Do be specific and detailed
Do explain the problem you’re trying to solve
Do include relevant examples or screenshots
Do be respectful and constructive
Do explain who benefits from the change if it affects more than just your own workflow
Please avoid submitting the same feedback multiple times. Duplicate submissions do not increase priority and can slow down the review process.

Report an Issue

Use this for broken features, abuse reports, billing problems, and account issues.
