You need a registered BeatPass account. If you don’t have one, create an account first.Link to Your Beats
You must provide a link to your existing beats for quality review. This can be:- SoundCloud profile or playlist
- YouTube channel or playlist
- Spotify artist page
- BeatStars, Airbit, or similar platform
- Any public URL where your beats can be heard
This link is used to verify the quality of your production. Make sure the link is public and accessible.
Real Name
You must provide your real first and last name. This information is used for identity verification and, if you set up payouts, for payment processing.Rights & Ownership
Original Content
You must own all rights to the beats you upload. This means:- You created the beats yourself, OR
- You have proper licensing for all samples used, OR
- You have written permission to distribute the music
Non-Exclusive License Agreement
By applying, you agree to grant BeatPass a non-exclusive license to distribute your music on the platform. You keep full ownership of your work.Upload Commitment
When applying, you confirm that you will upload at least 2 beats per month to maintain an active catalog. This helps ensure the platform stays fresh with new content.Optional but Recommended
Instagram Handle
Providing your Instagram handle helps verify your identity and can connect listeners to your social presence.Record Label or Company
If you’re signed to a label or represent a company, you can include this information. It’s optional.Profile Picture

You can attach additional documents like:- Press photos
- Label documentation
- Other verification materials
