Rights & Ownership
Keep Your Rights
You retain full ownership of your music. By joining the program, you grant BeatPass a non-exclusive license to distribute your beats on the platform. This means:- You can still sell your beats elsewhere
- You control your track pricing and exclusive terms
- Existing non-exclusive BeatPass licenses stay valid if a beat later sells exclusively
BeatPass may use up to 60 seconds of your beats, together with cover art and credits, on BeatPass-owned channels for promotion. You can opt out by emailing
