Once you have a BeatPass account, signing in is quick and easy. You can use your email and password, or sign in with a connected social account.

Standard Login

Go to the login page

Click Sign in in the top navigation bar.

Enter your credentials

  • Email address — The email you used to create your account
  • Password — Your account password

Choose to stay signed in (optional)

Check Stay signed in for a month if you want to remain logged in on this device. Leave it unchecked if you’re on a shared or public computer.

Click Sign in

Click the Sign in button to access your account.

Two-Factor Authentication

If you’ve enabled two-factor authentication on your account, you’ll be asked to enter a verification code after entering your password. Open your authenticator app to get the current code.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. You can enable it in your account settings.

Troubleshooting

Click Forgot password? on the login page to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.Learn more about password reset
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if the problem persists
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off
  • Check that you’re using the correct email address
  • Try resetting your password if you’re unsure
You need to verify your email before logging in. Check your inbox for the verification email, or request a new one from the verification page.
If you want to stay logged in longer, make sure to check Stay signed in for a month when you log in. Also check that your browser isn’t set to clear cookies when you close it.
