Commercial Licensing Rights
Every beat you download with a paid subscription includes a non-exclusive license allowing:
- Release on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, etc.)
- Monetization on YouTube, TikTok, and social media
- Live performances at events up to 50 attendees
- Worldwide distribution with no geographic restrictions
Requires attribution: Credit the producer (e.g., “Produced by [Producer Name]”)
Not included: Content ID registration, exclusive ownership, stem files (unless purchasing exclusive)
BeatPassID Verification
Every download generates a license certificate with:
- Unique fingerprint verification
- Timestamp of download
- Your name and license details
- Verification link for proving ownership
