Deleting your BeatPass account permanently removes your profile and associated data from the platform. This action cannot be undone, so please read this guide carefully before proceeding.

Before You Delete

Consider These Points

Before deleting your account, think about:
  • Downloaded content — Have you downloaded any purchased beats or licenses?
  • Uploaded content — Your tracks, albums, and playlists will be removed
  • Subscriptions — Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Account data — Everything associated with your account will be deleted
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, content, and history will be removed and cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:

What Happens to Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription:
  • It will be immediately cancelled
  • You will not be charged further
  • Remaining subscription time is forfeited
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods
If you just want to cancel your subscription without deleting your account, you can do so in your Subscription Settings.

How to Delete Your Account

Go to Account Settings

Click your profile avatarEdit Profile.

Scroll to the bottom to find the Danger zone section.

Read the information about what will be deleted.

Confirm Your Decision

You may be asked to enter your password or confirm in another way.

Complete Deletion

Confirm the deletion. Your account will be removed.

After Deletion

Immediate Effects

  • You’re logged out immediately
  • You cannot log back in with those credentials
  • Your profile page returns a “not found” error
  • Your username becomes available for others

Data Retention

  • Most data is deleted immediately
  • Some data may be retained briefly for technical or legal reasons
  • Backup systems may retain data temporarily before purging

Alternatives to Deletion

If you’re not sure about permanent deletion, consider these alternatives:

Take a Break

Instead of deleting, you can:
  • Log out and stop using the platform
  • Remove your uploaded content manually
  • Disconnect social accounts

Cancel Subscription Only

If cost is the issue:
  • Cancel your subscription but keep the account
  • Your account remains active on the free tier
  • Your content and followers are preserved

Contact Support

If you have specific concerns:
  • Reach out to support before deleting
  • We may be able to address your issues
  • Some problems have solutions short of deletion

Re-registering After Deletion

If you delete your account and later want to return:
  • You can create a new account
  • You’ll need to use the same or different email
  • Your old data, followers, and content cannot be restored
  • You start fresh as a new user
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. If you think you might want to return, consider keeping your account rather than deleting it.
