Password Topics

Changing Password

Update your password when you’re logged in.

Forgot Password

Reset your password or create one by email.

Password Requirements

BeatPass passwords must meet these requirements:
RequirementDetails
Minimum length5 characters
ConfirmationMust be entered twice to confirm
For better security, use a longer password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Change Password Or Reset Password

Use the right flow for your situation:
  • Change password in account settings if you know your current password
  • Forgot Password if you do not know your current password or you signed up with Google and never created one
The Update password form in account settings requires your current password. It is not a separate “set password later” screen.
If you only use Google sign-in today, BeatPass can email you a reset link so you can create a password from the standard password reset flow.

Security Tips

  • Don’t reuse passwords — Use a unique password for BeatPass
  • Use a password manager — Helps create and store strong passwords
  • Change periodically — Update your password every few months
  • Never share — Keep your password private
BeatPass staff will never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be from BeatPass requests it, do not share it.

Two-Factor Authentication

Add extra security beyond your password.
