Building Your Network

  1. Follow producers you enjoy by clicking the Follow button on their profile or producer page
  2. Browse your feed to see new uploads from producers you follow
  3. Repost tracks you love to share them with your own followers
  4. Comment on tracks to engage with the community and show appreciation

Who Can Use Social Features?

  • View producer and user profiles
  • View follower/following lists

  • Receive notifications for social activity

Notification Preferences

Control how you receive social notifications:

Open Notification Preferences

Click the bell icon in the top navigation, then click the settings gear to open your notification preferences. Or go directly to /notifications/settings.

Configure Your Preferences

Toggle notifications on or off for each type:
  • New Follower — When someone follows your profile
  • Comments & Replies — When someone comments on your beats or replies to your comments
  • Reposts — When someone reposts your beats (producers only)

Choose Delivery Channels

For each notification type, choose how you want to receive it:
  • Email — Sent to your email address
  • Browser — Real-time push notifications (requires permission)
  • In-App — Shows in your notification center

To keep BeatPass a positive space:
Keep it respectful. Comments that contain harassment, spam, or inappropriate content may be removed and can result in account restrictions.
  • Be constructive with feedback
  • Don’t spam reposts or comments
  • Report content that violates our guidelines
  • Respect intellectual property
