How to Report a Bug
Using the Contact Page

Go to the Contact Page
Navigate to the Contact page.

Provide Your Information
Enter your name and email address.

Describe the Bug
Include all relevant details (see below).

Click Send Message to submit your report.
What to Include in a Bug Report
A good bug report helps us find and fix the issue faster:| Information | Why It Helps |

Example Bug Report
“When I try to upload a track on Chrome (Version 118) on Windows 11:Expected: The track should upload successfully This happens every time with files over 20MB.”
- I select a WAV file (about 25MB)
- The upload progress reaches 100%
- Then I see ‘Upload failed’ with error code 413
How to Report Content Issues
Copyright Concerns
If you believe content infringes on your copyright:- Contact us at [email protected] or through the Contact page
- Include:
- The specific track or content URL
- Evidence of your ownership
- Your contact information
- We’ll review and respond within 24-48 hours
Per our Terms of Service, Producers retain all ownership of their Beats. If you believe your content has been uploaded without authorization, please include proof of your original ownership.
Inappropriate Content
To report content that violates our guidelines:- Use the Contact page
- Provide:
- Link to the content
- Reason for the report
- Any additional context
Reports are reviewed by our team and handled confidentially. The person who uploaded the content is not notified of who reported it.
What Happens After You Report
For Bug Reports
- Acknowledgment — We confirm receipt of your report
- Investigation — Our team attempts to reproduce the issue
- Prioritization — We assess severity and impact
- Resolution — We work on a fix
- Update — We may contact you when resolved
For Content Reports
- Review — Our team reviews the reported content
- Assessment — We determine if it violates our policies
- Action — We take appropriate action (removal, warning, etc.)
- Notification — You may receive an update on the outcome

Try these basic troubleshooting steps first:- Refresh the page — Sometimes issues are temporary
- Clear browser cache — Cached data can cause problems
- Try a different browser — Isolates browser-specific issues
- Check your internet connection — Connectivity issues can mimic bugs
- Log out and log back in — Refreshes your session
