Reporting In-App Abuse

BeatPass currently has a verified built-in reporting action for comments.

Report a Comment

1

Open the comment menu

Click More on the comment you want to report.
2

Choose the report action

Select Report comment.
3

Let BeatPass review it

BeatPass confirms the report and queues it for review.
You only need to report a comment once. If the issue is broader than a single comment, contact BeatPass directly with links and context.

Reporting Bugs and Broken Behavior

1

Open the contact form

2

Name the area that is broken

Start your message with a short label like “Playback bug,” “Upload issue,” or “Billing problem.”
3

Describe what happened

Include the page involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and any error text.
4

Add proof when useful

Attach screenshots or recordings if they make the problem easier to understand.

What Makes a Good Bug Report

Include:
  • The exact BeatPass page or URL
  • The track, playlist, producer profile, request, or invoice involved
  • Your device and browser
  • The exact error message, if one appeared
  • Whether the problem happens every time or only once

Use direct support contact for:
  • Suspected stolen uploads
  • Ownership disputes
  • Unauthorized use concerns
  • Questions about a takedown or rights issue
When the issue is legal or rights-related, include:
  • The exact URL
  • The track or producer name
  • Why you believe the content is unauthorized or non-compliant
  • Any proof you can provide
For formal takedown requests, use the requirements in Copyright & DMCA. That page explains what BeatPass needs for a proper copyright notice.

Reporting Security or Account Risk

If you think someone accessed your account or changed something without your permission:
  1. Change your password right away
  2. Review Active Sessions
  3. Disconnect anything that should not still have access
  4. Contact BeatPass with the affected account email and a short timeline of what happened

Before You Send the Report

Try a refresh, sign out and back in, or test another browser before you report the issue. If it still happens, mention what you already tried.
Confirm the file matches the current BeatPass upload rules first, especially format and metadata requirements. Then report the exact point where the upload stopped.
Gather the invoice date, track name, plan name, or purchase page link before you contact BeatPass. Those details usually matter more than a general description.
