When you do not have an active paid subscription, Billing shows:
- A Subscription panel with View Plans
- A Payment history panel
You will not see a Payment method section until you have a paid subscription with a saved card.
How Billing Works
Open Billing
To manage billing:- Click your profile avatar
- Select Billing
Monthly Billing
Current paid plans are billed monthly. If you keep a paid plan active, BeatPass renews it automatically using the saved payment method on file.Subscription Changes
- Upgrade — Higher-priced plans can be applied immediately or scheduled for renewal, depending on the checkout state
- Downgrade — Lower-priced plans are scheduled for your renewal date
- Cancel — Stops future renewal but keeps access until the current period ends
- Renew — Removes a pending cancellation before access ends
Payment Processing
BeatPass currently accepts subscription card payments through Stripe. Accepted card brands currently configured on BeatPass:- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
PayPal is not currently enabled on BeatPass.
Platform Fee
A 12% platform fee plus a $3.00 flat fee is currently added on top of eligible paid BeatPass checkouts, including subscriptions and exclusive track purchases.The platform fee (12% + $3.00 flat) is added on top of the base price at checkout. Producers receive 100% of their set price, and subscription checkout shows the fee before you confirm payment. Learn more →
