Your subscription overview shows everything about your current plan—what you’re subscribed to, when it renews, and what features you have access to.

Viewing Your Subscription

To see your current subscription status:
  1. Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar
  2. Select Billing from the menu
  3. Your current plan and status are displayed in the Current plan section

Understanding Your Subscription Status

Active Subscription

When your subscription is active, you’ll see:

Renews onThe date your subscription will automatically renew
Payment methodThe card or payment method on file

Grace Period (Cancelled)

If you’ve cancelled but still have time remaining:
  • Your plan shows as “Cancelled”
  • An “Ends on” date shows when access expires
  • You keep all features until that date
  • You can resume your subscription during this period
The grace period lasts until the end of your current billing cycle. If you paid for a month and cancel mid-month, you keep access for the rest of that month.

What Your Plan Includes

Each plan may include different features:
  • Beat request tokens — How many beat requests you can make
  • Storage space — For uploaded content
  • Access to features — Premium features specific to your tier
  • Priority support — Available on higher tiers

Billing Interval Options

Plans may be available with different billing intervals:

Pending Plan Changes

If you’ve scheduled a plan change (such as a downgrade), you’ll see:
  • Your current plan that’s active now
  • The pending plan that will activate at your next renewal
  • The date when the change will take effect
You can cancel a pending plan change before it takes effect. See Managing Subscription for details.

Payment Method on File

Your subscription overview also shows your saved payment method:
  • Card brand — Visa, Mastercard, etc.
  • Last 4 digits — For identification
  • Expiration date — When the card expires
If your payment method expires or fails, your subscription may not renew. Keep your payment information up to date to avoid service interruption.

Common Questions

Click your profile avatarBilling. Your next renewal date is shown in the Current plan section with the text “Renews on [date]”.
Your current plan name and price are displayed in the Current plan section of your Billing page.
You’ll lose access to premium features associated with that plan. Your account remains active, and you can resubscribe at any time.
Your invoices show your billing history. Click your profile avatarBilling and scroll to the Payment history section.
