The Billing page changes depending on whether you have no paid plan, an active paid plan, or a cancelled plan that has not ended yet.

Open Billing

  1. Click your profile avatar
  2. Select Billing

Subscription States

Billing shows:
  • A Subscription panel
  • A View Plans button
  • Payment history
You will not see Current plan or Payment method until you have a paid subscription.

Pending Plan Changes

If you scheduled a future plan change, Billing shows a second card titled Scheduled Plan Change. That card includes:
  • The upcoming plan name
  • Its monthly price
  • Takes effect on date
  • Cancel scheduled change

Payment Method on File

When a paid subscription has a saved card, Billing also shows:
  • Card brand — Visa, Mastercard, etc.
  • Last 4 digits — For identification
  • Expiration date — When the card expires
If your payment method expires or fails, your subscription may not renew. Keep your payment information up to date to avoid service interruption.

Common Questions

Click your profile avatarBilling. Your next renewal date is shown in the Current plan section with the text “Renews on [date]”.
Your current plan name and price are displayed in the Current plan section of your Billing page.
Your paid plan ends and Billing returns to the non-paid Subscription state with View Plans and Payment history.
Your invoices show your billing history. Click your profile avatarBilling and scroll to the Payment history section.
