Understanding Invoice Amounts

For Subscriptions

When you open a subscription invoice, BeatPass can show separate line items for your plan and the platform fee (12% + $3.00 flat).

For Beat Purchases

When you open a track-purchase invoice, BeatPass can show:
  • Track price — Set by the producer
  • Platform fee12% + $3.00 flat added to the price
For example, a $100 beat shows as $115 on your invoice.

Failed Payments

If a payment failed:
  • The list shows Unpaid
  • Your subscription may not renew until resolved
  • Update your payment method and try again

Troubleshooting

Check that you’re logged into the correct account. Invoices are only visible to the account that made the payment. If you recently made a purchase, it may take a few moments to appear.
For subscriptions, remember the total charge includes the platform fee on top of the plan price. For exclusive purchases, the final amount includes the track price plus the platform fee shown during checkout.
Open the invoice in a new tab when the open icon is available, then save or print it from your browser.
Refund policies vary. Contact support if you believe you’re entitled to a refund. See the refund policy for more details.
