Where to Manage Your Subscription
All subscription changes are made in one place:- Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar
- Select Billing from the menu
- In the Current plan section, choose the action you want to take:
- Change plan — To upgrade or downgrade
- Cancel plan — To cancel your subscription
- Renew plan — To undo a cancellation before access ends
How Plan Changes Work
| Action | What BeatPass Does |
|---|---|
| Upgrade to a higher-priced plan | Can be applied immediately or scheduled for renewal, depending on the confirmation page and payment method state |
| Downgrade to a lower-priced plan | Scheduled for your renewal date |
| Cancel plan | Stops future renewal but keeps access until the current paid period ends |
| Renew plan | Removes the cancellation before the end date |
Current paid plans are billed monthly.
Pending Changes
If you schedule a future plan change, Billing shows Scheduled Plan Change with a Cancel scheduled change button. The scheduled card also shows the date when the change will take effect.Related Topics
