Upgrading means moving to a higher-priced paid plan, such as Classic to Plus or Plus to Pro.

How to Upgrade

1

Open Billing Page

Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar, then select Billing from the menu.
2

Click Change Plan

In the Current plan section, click the Change plan button.
3

Select Your New Plan

Browse available plans and select the one you want to upgrade to.
4

Choose when it should apply

On the confirmation page, BeatPass may let you pick Apply immediately or Apply on renewal date.
5

Confirm Upgrade

Click Confirm Plan Change.

What Happens When You Upgrade

If You Apply It Immediately

  • The new plan starts right away
  • BeatPass can charge only the difference for the rest of the current billing period
  • Future renewals use the new plan price

If You Apply It On Renewal Date

  • BeatPass keeps your current plan active until your renewal date
  • The new plan takes over on that date
  • No immediate upgrade charge is required

Requirements for Upgrading

If BeatPass does not have a usable payment method for an immediate charge, the confirmation page schedules the upgrade for your renewal date instead.

Current Paid Plan Prices

PlanMonthly PriceBeat Request Limit
Classic$29 CAD1
Plus$45 CAD3
Pro$59 CAD5

Troubleshooting

Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. The card may have been declined due to:
  • Insufficient balance
  • Expired card
  • Card issuer security block
Try updating your payment method and attempting the upgrade again.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. New features should appear immediately after a successful upgrade.
If you chose Apply immediately, BeatPass may charge the difference for the rest of the current billing period. Review the confirmation page and invoice for the breakdown.
That usually means BeatPass cannot complete an immediate charge right now, so the upgrade is being scheduled instead.
