Photo Gallery
Your photo gallery helps visitors connect with you beyond your music. Share images of yourself, your studio setup, performances, and behind-the-scenes moments to build a stronger connection with your audience.
Why Add Photos?
Photos make your profile more engaging and personal:
- Build trust — Visitors can see the person behind the beats
- Show your setup — Showcase your studio and equipment
- Share your journey — Document performances, collaborations, and milestones
- Stand out — A complete profile with photos appears more professional
Adding Photos
From Your Profile Gallery Tab
If you already have photos, you can add more directly from your Gallery tab:
- Visit your producer profile
- Go to the Gallery tab
- Click Add Photo or drag and drop images into the upload area
- Your new photo will appear in the gallery
From the Artist Editor
You can also manage all your photos from the artist editor:
Go to Your Artist Profile
Navigate to your producer profile page on BeatPass.
Open the Edit Menu
Click the More button on your profile, then select Edit.
Go to Images Tab
Click on the Images tab in the editor.
Add Images
Click Add image to upload new photos. You can add multiple images.
Remove Unwanted Images
Hover over any image and click the remove button to delete it.
Save Changes
Click Save Artist to publish your gallery updates.
Photo Requirements

How Photos Display
On Your Profile
Photos appear in the Gallery tab as a grid:
- Images display as square thumbnails
- Click any image to view it full-size in a lightbox
- Navigate between photos using arrows or swipe gestures
- The About section on your profile also shows a preview of up to 6 photos
Photo Grid Layout
- Desktop: 3-4 columns of photos
- Mobile: 2-3 columns
- Photos maintain square aspect ratio in the grid
- Original proportions are preserved when viewing full-size
What to Share
Great Photo Ideas
- Headshots — Professional or casual photos of yourself
- Studio shots — Your workspace and equipment setup
- Performance photos — Shows, events, or recording sessions
- Behind the scenes — The creative process in action
- Collaborations — Working with other artists
- Artwork — Album covers or visual art related to your music
Photos to Avoid
- Low-quality or blurry images
- Inappropriate content
- Images with excessive text or watermarks
- Photos unrelated to your music or brand
All photos must follow BeatPass community guidelines. Inappropriate images will be removed and may result in account action.
Managing Your Gallery
Removing Photos
To remove a photo:
- Go to the artist editor → Images tab
- Hover over the photo you want to remove
- Click the remove/delete button
- Save your changes
Best Practices
- Quality over quantity — A few great photos beat many mediocre ones
- Stay current — Update your gallery with recent images
- Be consistent — Photos should align with your brand aesthetic
- Mix it up — Include different types of photos for variety
Your gallery is often one of the first things visitors explore after hearing your beats. Invest time in curating photos that represent you well.
Gallery Visibility
Your Gallery tab only appears on your profile when you have at least one photo uploaded. If you remove all photos, the tab will be hidden from visitors until you add new images.
