Overview
Track insights (/backstage/tracks/{id}/insights) provide the most detailed analytics available on BeatPass. They include engagement metrics unique to individual tracks, helping you understand exactly how listeners interact with your music.
Access: Right-click any track → Insights, or navigate directly to /backstage/tracks/{trackId}/insights
Available Charts
Track insights display the following analytics:

The first section you see on track insights, providing a quick summary of listener interaction.
Metrics Grid
Four cards display key engagement statistics:

Quality Badge
The header displays an overall engagement rating:

Retention Levels
The Avg Completion Rate card shows a retention level badge:

Engagement tracking is being rolled out progressively. Tracks with plays before the feature launch may show “Engagement tracking coming soon.”
Plays Over Time

Bar Colors

If you see mostly red bars, consider reviewing your track’s intro. The first 15-30 seconds are critical for retention.
Completion Breakdown Chart
A grid showing how much of your track listeners complete, broken into five categories.

Quality Score
A single number (0-100) summarizing overall listener retention:

A high “Skipped” count often indicates issues with your intro. Consider starting with a stronger hook.
