This guide gets you up and running with BeatPass analytics in under 5 minutes. You’ll learn how to access your dashboards, view content insights, and understand your key metrics.

Prerequisites

Before you can access analytics, you need:
A registered BeatPass account. Sign up if you haven’t already.
An artist profile linked to your account. Create one in your account settings.
Upload at least one track to start seeing analytics data.

Step 1: Access Your Producer Dashboard

The Producer Dashboard is your command center for career-level analytics.

Navigate to Dashboard

Go to /producer-dashboard or click Producer Dashboard in the main menu.

View Your Overview

The home page shows your key stats at a glance:
  • Total Tracks — Your catalog size
  • Total Plays — Lifetime engagement
  • Followers — Your audience size
  • Level — Your producer rank

Explore the Sections

Use the navigation grid or sidebar to access:
  • Progress — XP and achievements
  • Tracks — Catalog management
  • Albums — Collections
  • Activity — Upload history
  • Finances — Earnings
  • Leaderboards — Rankings

Step 2: View Content Analytics

Backstage Insights shows detailed analytics for individual tracks, albums, or artists.

Step 4: Set Up Finances

To receive earnings from your music, connect Stripe:

Go to Finances

Navigate to /producer-dashboard/finances.

Click Connect

Click Connect with Stripe to start onboarding.

Complete Verification

Follow Stripe’s prompts to verify identity and add bank info.

Start Earning

Once connected, track sales and subscription payouts appear automatically.

Tips for New Users

Start with your Progress page — It shows your XP, level, and which achievements you can easily unlock.
Complete your profile — Profile achievements (Photogenic, Oracle, Linked, Model) are easy wins for quick XP.
Fill in all metadata — Complete track metadata earns +50 XP per track and improves discoverability.
Check back regularly — Analytics update frequently, and consistent engagement improves your rankings.

Common First Questions

New tracks may take a few minutes to start showing analytics. If you uploaded recently, check back in 15-30 minutes.
The fastest ways:
  • Upload tracks (+100 XP each)
  • Complete all metadata (+50 XP per track)
  • Get plays (+1 XP per play)
  • Unlock achievements (varies by rarity)
You need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Go to /producer-dashboard/finances and follow the setup flow.

  • Financial data: Synced with Stripe
