Uploading Custom Artwork

Open the track form
When uploading a new track or editing an existing one, find the cover art section on the left side of the form.

Click the upload area
Click on the circular CD area or the Upload image button.

Select your image
Choose an image file from your computer. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.

Wait for upload
You’ll see a progress indicator while the image uploads.

Preview and confirm
Your image appears in the CD display. If you’re happy with it, continue with your track details.

The CD display crops your image into a circle. Keep the main visual elements in the center to ensure they’re visible.

A small circular overlay appears in the center of the CD design. Avoid placing critical details in the very center of your image.

Replacing Artwork
To replace existing cover art:- Click on the current artwork in the track form
- Click Replace image
- Select a new image file
- The new image replaces the old one
Removing Artwork
To remove cover art and use the default placeholder:- Open the track for editing
- Click Remove image below the cover art
- Save your changes
If the track is in a collection with artwork, removing the track’s cover art will cause it to display the collection’s artwork instead.

Common Issues

Your source image may be too small. Use images at least 500×500 pixels, ideally 1000×1000 or larger.

The CD display uses a circular crop. Use square images and keep important elements away from the edges.

- Check that your file is under 2 MB
- Ensure it’s a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP)
- Try a different browser if issues persist
