Email notifications send BeatPass updates to the email address on your account. This channel is controlled per notification type from /notifications/settings.

How Email Preferences Work

  • Turn Email on or off per notification type
  • Use bulk email toggles at the top of the settings page when needed
  • Save the changes with Save Preferences
BeatPass notification emails include unsubscribe actions for notification email categories:
  • Unsubscribe from this type
  • Unsubscribe from all
  • Manage preferences
These links map back to the notification preference system and are designed to work without first opening the settings page manually.

System Emails

Some emails are not controlled by notification preferences, including security and account-management emails such as password resets.
Disabling email notifications does not disable account-security emails or other required account communications.

Troubleshooting

Confirm that the notification type’s Email toggle is enabled and check your spam or junk folder.
Re-enable the relevant Email toggles in /notifications/settings, then save your preferences.
