Photo Gallery

Your gallery adds visual context to your producer profile. Use it for brand photos, studio shots, performances, or other producer-facing imagery.

Why Add Photos?

Photos make your profile feel complete and credible:
  • Build trust with listeners and buyers
  • Show your setup and creative environment
  • Give your profile personality
  • Support your brand beyond cover art alone

Adding Photos

You can add photos from two places:
1

Use the public Gallery tab

On your own producer profile, open Gallery and use Add Photo when it is available.
2

Or use the producer editor

Navigate to your producer profile page on BeatPass.
3

Open the editor

Click the More button on your profile, then select Edit.
4

Manage images

Open Images in the producer editor.
5

Add images and save

Upload one or more gallery images, then save the profile.

Photo Requirements

RequirementDetails
FormatsJPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
Max file size2MB per image
  • The Gallery tab is part of the producer profile when the gallery feature is enabled on the site
  • If you have not uploaded anything yet, BeatPass shows an empty state instead of hiding the workflow from you
  • Recent gallery images can also be previewed in profile about content

What to Share

Good gallery candidates include:
  • Headshots
  • Studio photos
  • Performance or session photos
  • Behind-the-scenes material
  • Visuals that fit your producer brand
All photos must follow BeatPass community guidelines. Inappropriate images will be removed and may result in account action.

Best Practices

  • Quality over quantity — A few strong images beat a cluttered gallery
  • Stay current — Replace outdated shots over time
  • Be consistent — Match the aesthetic of your profile and catalog
  • Keep it relevant — Use visuals that support your music identity
Your gallery is often one of the first things visitors explore after hearing your beats. Treat it as part of your producer branding, not as a dumping ground for random images.
