I Forgot My Password

Navigate to the BeatPass login page.

Click 'Forgot password?'
Click the Forgot password? link below the password field.

Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.

Check your email
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Create a new password
Click the link in the email and enter your new password. You’ll need to confirm it by entering it twice.
Password reset links expire after a limited time. If yours has expired, request a new one.

Solution: Double-check that you’re using the correct email address. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off. If you’re still having trouble, reset your password.

- “Invalid credentials” — Your email or password is incorrect. Try resetting your password.
- “Account not found” — No account exists with that email. Check the spelling or create a new account.

If you created your account using a social login:
- Click Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Twitter on the login page
- Sign in with the same social account you used to register

If you can’t access your authenticator app, you can use a recovery code instead:
- On the 2FA verification page, click Use recovery code instead
- Enter one of your recovery codes (these were provided when you set up 2FA)

- Make sure you’re entering the code quickly — codes expire every 30 seconds
- Check that your device’s time is correct (incorrect time can cause code mismatches)
- Try waiting for a new code to generate

This happens when you already have a BeatPass account with the same email address. To connect the accounts:
- Click the social login button
- When prompted, enter your existing BeatPass password
- Your accounts will be linked

I Need to Change My Email Address
To update the email address on your account:- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Update your email address
- You may need to verify your new email
My Account is Locked or Suspended
If your account has been locked or suspended:- Temporary lock: This usually happens after too many failed login attempts. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again.
- Account suspension: Contact support at [email protected] for more information.
I Didn’t Receive the Verification Email
If you’re waiting for an email verification or password reset email:- Check your spam/junk folder — Emails sometimes get filtered
- Check the correct email — Make sure you’re checking the inbox for the email address you registered with
- Wait a few minutes — Emails can sometimes be delayed
- Request a new email — Try the process again to send a new verification email
