I Downloaded a Track but Can’t Find My License
For qualifying downloads, BeatPass stores your certificates in:- Library
- Licenses
- Refresh the page
- Confirm the download actually completed
- Make sure the track qualified for certificate generation under the standard licensed flow

The exact file bundle depends on the track and license flow. BeatPass’s standard subscription download flow should not be treated as a guaranteed WAV-plus-MP3 bundle for every track.

I Downloaded the Wrong Track
If you accidentally downloaded the wrong track, simply download the correct eligible track instead. If you believe a platform error caused the issue, contact contact@beatpass.ca with the track URL and account email.Related
