Start in the Right Place
Producer payout setup and status live in Producer Dashboard -> Finances at/producer-dashboard/finances.
If you manage more than one producer profile, make sure you are looking at the correct selected artist before troubleshooting balances or onboarding state.

If BeatPass does not offer your country in the onboarding dialog, the current producer payout flow cannot continue for that country. Contact support if you need clarification on eligibility.

A queued payout means BeatPass calculated the split but is waiting for platform funds to become available in Stripe. This does not automatically mean your Stripe account is broken.
