This guide is for producers using Stripe Connect through BeatPass.
Stripe Connect issues are separate from subscriber billing issues. If you are trying to pay for a subscription, use Payment Issues.

Start in the Right Place

Producer payout setup and status live in Producer Dashboard -> Finances at /producer-dashboard/finances. If you manage more than one producer profile, make sure you are looking at the correct selected artist before troubleshooting balances or onboarding state.

I Haven’t Connected Stripe Yet

Open Finances

Go to /producer-dashboard/finances.

Confirm your country

BeatPass currently starts onboarding with a country-confirmation step.

Continue to Stripe

Finish the Stripe Connect onboarding flow hosted by Stripe.

I Opened the Wrong Stripe Dashboard

BeatPass uses Stripe Express, not a standard Stripe dashboard account. Use:

The Connect Button or Redirect Isn’t Working

Check popup blocking, refresh the page, and retry in another browser if needed.
Complete the missing identity or bank details Stripe requests. If Stripe rejects a document, use Stripe’s guidance or support from the Express flow itself.
If BeatPass does not offer your country in the onboarding dialog, the current producer payout flow cannot continue for that country. Contact support if you need clarification on eligibility.

My Account Shows Connected but Not Fully Ready

Finances can show a connected account that still lacks full payout readiness.
Your Stripe account still has missing requirements. Re-open the setup flow from Finances or log in to Stripe Express to complete the pending steps.
Stripe is still reviewing information or waiting on more details. Check the Express dashboard for requirements before contacting BeatPass.

I’m Not Receiving Money

A queued payout means BeatPass calculated the split but is waiting for platform funds to become available in Stripe. This does not automatically mean your Stripe account is broken.
Sign in to Stripe Express and review the payout destination there.
Check the selected artist in Finances, review the transaction list, and remember that BeatPass financial data can include cached metadata rather than instant live settlement.
BeatPass can surface mixed-currency balance states in Finances. Review the balance details carefully before assuming money is missing.

What Can Flow Through Stripe Connect?

BeatPass currently uses Stripe Connect for:
  • Monthly payout activity
  • Exclusive sales
  • Track purchases
For exclusive sales and track purchases, BeatPass is designed so the producer keeps 100% of the listed price and the platform fee is added on top for the buyer.

Common Questions

Manage payout destinations from Stripe Express after logging in with the onboarding email or phone verification flow.
BeatPass can see connection and readiness status, but Stripe keeps the sensitive banking and identity details inside its own onboarding flow.
