Adding a payment method allows you to subscribe to paid plans, upgrade your subscription, and purchase beats on BeatPass.

How to Add a Payment Method

Open Billing Page

Click your profile avatar in the top navigation bar, then select Billing from the menu.

Find Payment Method Section

Scroll to the Payment method section.

Enter Card Details

Click to add or update, then fill in your card information:
  • Card number
  • Expiration date (MM/YY)
  • Security code (CVV/CVC)
  • Billing address (if required)

Save Payment Method

Click Save to store your payment method.

During Checkout

You can also add a payment method when subscribing or making a purchase:
  1. Select your plan or item
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your payment details
  4. Complete the transaction
Your payment method will be saved for future use.

What Information Is Needed

For Credit/Debit Cards

Card numberThe 16-digit number on your card
Expiration dateMonth and year the card expires
CVV/CVC3-4 digit security code on the back (or front for Amex)
Billing addressMay be required to verify the card

For PayPal

If using PayPal:
  1. Click Pay with PayPal
  2. Log into your PayPal account
  3. Authorize the connection

Security During Entry

When you enter payment details:
  • Encrypted connection — Data is transmitted securely
  • Stripe handles processing — Card details go directly to Stripe, not our servers
  • We only store minimal info — Just card brand, last 4 digits, and expiration
Your full card number is never stored on BeatPass. It’s securely handled by Stripe, our payment processor.

After Adding a Payment Method

Once added, you’ll see:
  • Card brand — e.g., Visa, Mastercard
  • Last 4 digits — For identification
  • Expiration date — When the card expires
This becomes your default payment method for subscriptions and purchases.

If Your Card Is Declined

Common reasons a card might be declined when adding:

Troubleshooting

Verify all details are correct. If the card is valid, your bank may be blocking the transaction. Try another card or contact your bank.
Currently, one payment method is stored as your default. When you add a new one, it replaces the previous payment method.
Yes. Card details are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
