Card Requirements

  • Must be valid and not expired
  • Must have sufficient funds or credit available
  • Must allow online/international transactions
Some cards may be declined if your bank’s fraud protection is triggered. If your card is declined, try contacting your bank to authorize the transaction.

PayPal

PayPal is available as an alternative payment option:
  • Linked bank account or card — Pay via your PayPal balance or linked payment method
  • PayPal Credit — Where available
  • Buyer protection — Standard PayPal protections apply

PayPal may not be available for all subscription types or in all regions. Check if it’s offered during checkout.

What We Don’t Accept

Currently, BeatPass does not accept:
  • Cash or check payments
  • Wire transfers
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Gift cards (unless specifically noted)
  • Prepaid cards that don’t support recurring payments

Regional Considerations

Payment method availability may vary by country:
  • Some cards may not work for international transactions
  • PayPal availability depends on your country
  • Currency conversion may apply if paying in a different currency
If your usual payment method doesn’t work, try an alternative card or PayPal if available.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely:
  • Stripe — Primary payment processor for cards
  • PayPal — Alternative payment option
  • SSL encryption — All transactions are encrypted
  • PCI DSS compliant — Industry-standard security

Troubleshooting

If your card is from a major issuer (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), it should work. Try adding it during checkout. Regional or prepaid cards may have limitations.
Some prepaid cards work, but many don’t support recurring payments. If you’re using a prepaid card for a subscription, it may fail at renewal.
PayPal may not be available for all transactions or in all regions. If you don’t see it, use a credit or debit card instead.
